Welcome to the real world where there are queues everywhere unless you are rather well-connected or rich enough to hire people to get your stuff done for you. At my age I figure I have spent several years either standing in line or waiting for people. I wish I had a Birla or a Tata somewhere in my genealogy. Life would have been so much simpler and more enjoyable. Anyway I think I have made a fine art of waiting and not dying of boredom.Comes from experience and a philosophical mind.
