A New Chapter

Anyone who has been in the habit of following the progress of this blog would undoubt­edly be familiar with the dynamism with which changes occur in these parts. The usual process goes thus: there is little activity for a few days, and then all of a sudden a different blog takes the place of the previous one, the new replaces the old.

The current change is simply a reflec­tion of a change of circum­stances. I am in a new place, and would like to make occasional comments on the people I encounter, the experi­ences I go through and in general, life in a different place. This could be an anthropologist’s gold-mine, or it could be trash. Take your pick.

    Nice blog…as usual.….I think one person who’s going to be following this blog very keenly is amma worrying about what you are doing, so you better be at your eloquent best :-D

    Hi Ramnath — What happened to the GeekLog project? And btw try migrating your posts from your other blogs into WordPress. Will take about a day and should not be too difficult.

    @Varun: The Geeklog project went well. I’ll probably spending some more time on it later.

    Importing posts from other blogs is a little tedious because of the differ­ences in format­ting, and problems with comments. I can only do that when I get a vacation…which doesn’t seem very likely in the near future. :(
