Natural Comfort

Humans have evolved over millions of years. But for all our complicated machinery, one thing we seem to lack is a temperature conditioner that could keep us comfortable in the summer as well as the winter. Survival may have been given top priority, but why couldn’t something have been done about personal comfort? After all those years of evolution, we still shiver in the winter and sweat in the summer. Nature shouldn’t find it too hard to get it right.

You are right. Especially for really cold days in winter, we could do with central heating. Summers we have AC

Central heating and cooling does exist. But, they aren’t exactly ideal either, because they tend to re-circulate stale air. And every once in a while, even if it’s really cold outside, you’d feel like opening the windows just for a few minutes to get a breath of fresh air!

Also, that is an external aid. Imagine getting dressed up in layers of clothes– including sweater, jacket, cap, muffler, gloves, boots just to take a little walk down to the grocery store, when the weather is freezing outside. And then walking into a warm building– you just won’t feel like venturing outside.

How good it would be if our body could adapt itself to the external temperature, and make itself comfortable, without requiring all these additional aids!
